On Tuesday, Delaware authorities arrested an administrator at a private school. According to The Blaze, William Ushler, who had worked for the school for the past 15 years and was serving as the director of admissions, was arrested after being reported to have child pornographic images in his possession.

After his arrest, Ushler was quickly fired and banned from the campus. He’s been charged with five counts of “dealing in child pornography.”

Elizabeth Spears, the head of Tower Hill, issued a statement Wednesday to parents, saying, “While we do not anticipate findings that indicate any member of the Tower Hill community has been harmed, our thoughts and prayers are with the children whose images are depicted and who are victims of such deplorable crimes. We aim to be fully transparent and plan to communicate if we are made aware of additional findings related to this matter.”

While this may be a new arrest, it could hardly be said to be rare. It’s not even the first arrest of its kind made at Tower Hill. As noted by The Blaze, “Former headmaster Christopher Wheeler was convicted on 25 counts of child pornography in 2015.”

It appears, as time goes on, such things become far too commonplace. What with schools actually peddling pornographic materials, what should we expect. And so long as these offenders continue to receive sentences far too lenient for their crimes, we can probably expect this to only get worse. And as universities offer more courses like the pornography watching class at Westminster College, there will certainly be more sexual deviants flowing into classrooms to teach around the country.

And there are people who will stand up, unashamed, and defend such things. The entire country seems to be floating in a sea of filth and perversion from which we must find a way to extricate ourselves.
