The head of a pro-pedophile charity was sentenced for possessing images of children being sexually abused for the second time. Yes, the second time. He was convicted once, served his sentence, and then got convicted of the same crime again. That means the fact that there is a pro-pedophile charity for him to be president of ISN'T the grossest thing about this story. Meet Ian Andrew Zearley. He's the guy who needs to go under a prison. Authorities were monitoring Zearley's computer use after his first conviction in 2010 for possessing child pornography. It included over 600 photos and videos and a nineteen-minute video of a boy being raped. That was the conviction for which he served six years. If at any point you need to stop reading because you feel the need to take a shower or punch a hole in your wall, I understand.

Zearley, the president of a pro-pedophile charity called the Pedophile Associates of America, was arrested for the second time in 2019. While authorities were already monitoring his social media use, they discovered him searching terms such as “real hardcore child porn” and “boys severely whipped and bleeding.”

The police raided his home, where they found: electric shock equipment, pepper spray, a ski mask, a pellet gun, a list of children’s names of kids Zearley knew, diapers, bottles, toys, and of course his computer. They also found his business cards as president of the Pedophile Associates of America.

The PAA was first recognized in 2018 as a non-profit with a tax-exempt status from the IRS. It was revoked in 2021, believed to be because of Zearley's arrest. Unclear is how an organization called the PEDOPHILE ASSOCIATES OF AMERICA was recognized in the first place.

The good news is no children were abused by Ian Zearley. He was convicted to fifteen years in prison last month, where he will hopefully be abused by others. I can think of a better punishment. One that is more cruel, unusual, and appropriate. But fifteen years is fifteen years.
