Texas House Democrat Gene Wu has decided that White people are the “oppressors” and that all minorities “share the same “oppressors. According to him, these people “can take over the country.” Today’s show breaks down what this means.

According to Newsweek:

Speaking on the Define American podcast with journalist Jose Antonio Vargas in December 2024, Wu, the minority leader of the Texas House of Representatives, called on minority groups in Texas to unite against "the same oppressor" to "take over this country" and "make things fairer."

Wu's comments came after Vargas asked him about the relationship between the Latino and Asian communities in Texas. Wu said these groups are pitted against each other as competitors, but need to recognize that they share the same "oppressors."

"The day the Latino, African American, Asian and other communities realize that they share the same oppressor is the day we start winning, because we are the majority in this country now, we have the ability to take over this country and to do what is needed for everyone and to make things fairer," he said.

“The oppressors pay twice the amount in taxes to those who receive the benefits,” Crowder said. “He wants to make things equal. Black Americans make up about 12 percent of the population and commit half of the murders. Why don't we make that equal? Why don't we stop White people from being killed?”

Black Americans also commit 27% of all violent attacks against Asians.

“It's really hard to come together with a group of people who are 300% more likely to attack you. It's really hard to come together with a group of people who are killing members of other races in record numbers. And it's really hard to come together with those people against your oppressors when your oppressors are the ones who pay the taxes that fund the benefits you all receive.”

The left also claims the right wants this country divided.

“They want to divide you on immutable characteristics, race. And they want to convince you that you are all the same. That is Marxism,” Crowder said. “This is what the left does when they are accused of doing that which they do themselves.”

If you are a White American doing the right thing, the left will vilify you.

“Stop feeling guilty,” Crowder said.
