UPDATE: Okay, here's the context: Young Conservatives of Texas invited Jeffrey Younger to speak. Younger was in the news when he lost custody of his 7-year-old son James over not wanting him to transition while the boy's mother was encouraging him to transition a) behind the father's back, and b) it wasn't even what James wanted. That is who the students were acting like lunatics over and were even praised for it by Texas Democrats.

I'm old enough to remember when we were taught in school that bullying is bad. Remember, don't be a bully, be a star! That was a bygone era. Now, bullying is your patriotic duty if you are a leftist and someone has a slightly different opinion than you. Seeing a University of North Texas class gang up on two students giving a presentation, banging on the desk, and chanting "F*ck you fascist!" is a bad look. A worse look is them being encouraged by the professor.

Unclear is what triggered the outburst. The left doesn't always understand what words mean. They are okay with politicians who act like fascists and strip citizens of civil liberties. Yet, they think the fascists are the citizens who speak out against those politicians. All I can see is one of the two students is wearing a red hat and the smartboard reads, "For the Future of Texas: Federalism as State Nationalism, Conservatism as Traditionalism, Republican Politics as Restoration."

I can see how those words might be triggering to liberal ears. God forbid these progressive douchelords may be exposed to such archaic ideas as people should keep more of their money than they give to the government, that local business shouldn't be over-regulated, or that a government that governs least is best.

In a bygone era, someone who disagreed would debate why they disagreed. Or at the very least, call someone an ignorant slut. Now, students are encouraged BY THE PROFESSOR to curse at and shut down anyone who dares to disagree with them. It's all you need to know about liberals in 2022.
