Leftists have never met an abortion they haven't celebrated. In the olden days — you know, pre-Trump — they'd hide behind words like safe, legal, and/or rare. Now, it "abort all the choices!" I'm only being half sarcastic (see Feminist Admits the Act of Abortion is Killing, Supports it Anyway and WATCH: PBS Documentary on Abortion Tries to Beautify Murder). So if you're a pro-life Democrat, you may feel like you don't have a home anymore. Which as 2020 candidate Pete Buttgig points out, f**k you, you don't.

WOMAN: ...the second part of the Democratic platform contains language that basically says we don't belong, we have no part in the party because it says abortion should be legal up to nine months, that the government should pay for it and there's nothing that says people have a diversity of views on this issue should be included in the party.

BUTTGIG: Meh. What are you gonna do? Vote Trump? He grabbed a pu$$y.

Sure, Buttgig was more "tactful" in his actual response. But his point was still clear. If you have a moral objection to abortion, you need to choose between your morals and if you're still going to vote for Democrats. Also remember, Buttgig is the "moderate" Democrat. Had this woman asked the same question to Elizabeth Warren, she may have found herself on the wrong end of a small pox blanket.

Secondly, a point to the woman here. What Democrat idea is so precious to you that you're willing to stay Democrat even though the Democrat party is the party of killing babies? This kind of position has never been clear to me, on either side of the political spectrum. There are a number of dingus Republicans who poo-poo the pro-life agenda for [their issue]. But what issue is more important than not-killing babies? How can you be pro-small government or pro-free markets when you're also okay with pro-baby killing? Hard to support any kind of platform or position which is "for the people" if you're also for "killing unborn people." I walk this back zero.

Advice to pro-life Democrats: don't be Democrat if you're actually pro-life. Yes, actually, it really is that simple.
