MSNBC Contributor Blames Trump for Jussie Smollett Hoax
Well, you should have known this one was coming. An MSNBC contributor has a theory on who's to blame for the media believing Jussie Smollett. I'll give you a hint. He has the hue of a tangerine and his name rhymes with Schmonald Blump:
Appearing as a guest on Saturday's AM Joy, MSNBC contributor Jonathan Capehart blamed President Donald Trump for liberals believing Jussie Smollett's hoax claims of being attacked by Trump supporters as the liberal Washington Post columnist charged that the President "stokes" feelings of "menace" in minorities. He also complained that conservative reaction to the hoax has been "despicable."
Yeah, we're gonna continue to call Smollett a lying dickweed and make jokes at his expense. Regardless of how "despicable" MSNBC contributor guy thinks we are.
"The reason why so many people were so quick to believe Jussie Smollett and what he said and his version of events before they all unraveled was because that man (Trump) who you just played feeds into and actually stokes the atmosphere of menace and insecurity that millions of Americans feel across this country, whether they are people of color, LGBTQ, trans people, immigrants, Dreamers. You just go down the list."
Welp, one thing's clear.
Yeah, the Orange Man isn't "stoking" anything. Leftist media douchenuggets like this guy are the ones "stoking menace and insecurity." He's trying to pass the blame to the Donald because the media didn't do their homework before jumping on the "MAGA goons with bleach and nooses" bandwagon. Approximately zero people are falling for that one.
This is hardly the first time some Pinocchio-nosed turdlet set out to fake a hate crime. When you have the left turning victimhood into currency, you can expect some people to come about theirs by "less than honest" means.
The supply of hate crimes isn't meeting the left's demand. This is why lefties in the media are so eager to pick up on a hate crime story. Maybe if they'd quit with the partisan dickery and at least try to remain impartial, they'd spare themselves from further embarrassment. Just saying.
