The problem with allowing grown men in the women's locker room is just that, leftists allowing men in female-only spaces. This should not be controversial and certainly not up for discussion. Not even 10 years ago, men were not allowed to enter female locker rooms, especially when minors were involved. But we sadly no longer live in that America. And the worst part? If you even dare to comment on this absurdity because you fear for your safety, you are the problem, at least according to leftist logic. This is why one high school student had no choice but to put her school on blast after they accused her of misgendering an 18-year-old man who entered the female locker room.

As the debate about transgender athletes continues to grow across the country, a basketball game between Tumwater High School and Shelton High School has led to a civil rights complaint being issued to the United States Department of Education over the participation of a transgender player.

The basketball game, which took place on February 6 at Tumwater High School, featured Andi Rooks, a transgender basketball player from Shelton.

On the Tumwater High School team, player Frances Staudt said she opposed playing against Rooks because she worried that she may be injured.

This is a logical fear. How many more women must be injured before the left realizes that men competing in the women's division are dangerous? That remains unclear, as the left fights for fake trans rights while upholding the fake patriarchy, all at the expense of women's safety. Deranged, deeply deranged.

During the February 6 game, Staudt said she grew upset that Rooks was allowed to play. She then admitted to misgendering Rooks in front of several people.

"I was put on the spot in the whole entire gym, I looked over and I said, ‘You are a man,' because that is my first amendment right," she said.

This is a fact. You can't misgender when all that is being said are factual statements about someone biologically. While the truth hurts, he was, in fact, a man. And the fact that his feelings were damaged by that one is nothing more than a personal problem.

By misgendering Rooks, the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association ruled Staudt violated its code of ethics. This led Staudt to file a complaint to the Department of Education

Again, this should not be controversial, but to the left, there is no greater crime than misgendering someone, whatever that even means.

Men are men. That's it. That's the statement. The sooner the left realizes that, the safer high school students like Staudt will be. Until then, sadly, don't expect anything but more of the same.
