The problem with the ideology of transgenderism is not only that the premise is inherently flawed, but that God does not make mistakes. And while everyone is certainly made in the image of God, this does not mean he condones sin. So, when a trans person claims God made them trans, that could not be further from the truth.

Priest Chris Lawton of St. Paul's Catholic Church in New York City interviewed someone named “Clover,” who is reportedly the trans music minister, according to Protestia.

According to Clover, if they/them did not live out their authentic trans self, it would be a disservice to God. However, I just read the entire Bible and am having trouble finding the part where it condones transgenderism. In fact, I think lying to oneself is the opposite of honoring God, but I digress.

Clover then referenced the verse, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” They/them implies this means God made they/them trans when in reality, he made her female. And by living trans, she is mocking God’s creation, whether or not that was her intent.

Clover uses he/them pronouns. By being transgender, by process of elimination, we can conclude they are female. This means that while she can dress however she wishes, this does not change the reality that she is, in fact, a woman. Why the truth hurts so much for people like her is beyond reason, but the fact that she believes lying to herself is something God wants is deranged.

Clover then tried to portray herself as the victim by claiming Jesus hung out with marginalized groups of people. It is unclear if this was intended to condone her lifestyle, but she claims she wishes “we can authentically show love to marginalized communities,” adding that she believes “love is so important.” And while you can respect all people regardless of their gender delusions, affirming lies is the antithesis of “love.”

This is the problem with transgenderism. These people will claim God made a mistake and then justify that lie by lying to themselves, then blame you for not following along with the lie. None of that makes sense, and it is totally insane how the left has tried to claim this is what Jesus wants.
