“I'm not a fascist, but the difference is...": Steven Crowder doubles down on his controversial video with Piers Morgan

The left has resorted to calling those they despise fascists for quite some time. While speaking on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Steven Crowder pointed out that while both Fascism and Socialism are equally immoral philosophies, this radical push towards the latter “will necessitate what the left fears most: the strong man, what they view as fascism.”

“I'm not a fascist. I don't think fascism works. I don't think that it's moral, and socialism is certainly immoral and doesn't work. The difference is, in this country right now, we are facing one threat that openly brags about the platform of socialism: the DSA and these candidates who want to basically take over the largest corporations. They want public ownership. They want to seize the means of production and distribution. I have their policy right in front of me, and it's not just absurd; it is incredibly dangerous, and it has support from a lot of younger people. Socialism no longer has the same stigma as fascism does. That's why I think it's important,” Crowder said.
Crowder also pointed out how leftists are attempting to bring failed policies to America, and it is not the Fascists doing it.
“That's the issue. Whether it's immigration, whether it's health care, whether it's nationalizing the means of production, distribution, whether it's more free crap, gender affirming care, I can go through the list. It's unbelievable. And you have mainstream politicians who wouldn't exist if not for the DSA platform. This is the left today. You will keep woke, and you'll have economic turmoil as well,” Crowder added.
Morgan added that many of these commies are exactly like the fascists that they fear most. However, he later questioned why Crowder supposedly ignored the death toll caused by Hitler in his recent segment. Crowder clarified that the segment had nothing to do with Hitler. He then asked Morgan what the total death toll was from Communism in the 20th century alone. However, Morgan said that if you attribute every WWII death to Hitler, then the death toll for Fascism is arguably higher than Communism, despite Hitler also being a Socialist.
If you were to use Morgan’s argument on counting all the deaths in WWII to contribute to the Fascist death toll, the logic would have to be true for the Vietnam War, the Korean War, and the Chinese Civil War, Crowder later rebutted.
“I never learned about the death toll from Stalin. I never learned about the death toll from Mao. I learned about the death toll all across South America,” Crowder said. “I didn't learn about those things. Everyone knows that Hitler is bad. But there's this other ideology that has killed far more people. Hitler is bad. Communism kills absolutely more. And it is the one being praised right now.”
While everyone knows Hitler is bad, it is astonishing how political figures are applauding people like Mao, despite how evil these communist dictators also were.
“We should reject and fear both, but only one is being embraced,” Crowder said.
