A woman showed up wearing a KKK costume, and the internet immediately called out White Supremacy. The only problem with that is that she was not the kind of person the KKK would accept in their organization.
According to Philadelphia resident Jeremy Blatstein, it was actually “a black woman” wearing the gown. He added, “The woman put on the hood once inside City Hall and then tried to walk into the City Council chambers. She was stopped by security and then escorted out by the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office.” According to her, it “was a form of protest/history lesson.” Unclear what she was protesting or who she was trying to teach history to, but something tells me no one learned anything from this besides the fact that people have too much time on their hands.
Yes, this was a black woman.

The situation raises more questions than answers.
Firstly, is she a Democrat? If so, we can only hope she realizes that the KKK was used by the left to terrorize Black Americans. However, something tells me that’s not the case here. Secondly, does she really think people don't know the significance of the organization? Thirdly, if she's trying to make the correlation that the Trump Administration is somehow akin to the KKK, she’s more than missed the mark here.
One can only assume she’s referring to ICE agents enforcing federal immigration laws. If so, someone should really inform her that an immigrant, legal or not, is not a race. Additionally, an ICE agent is also not of a certain race. The two exist, and nothing about them is racial. You can do the math, but apparently, this woman cannot.
To be fair, a Democrat dressing up in this way is actually as historically accurate as you can get. Unclear if she realizes that, but you can draw your own conclusions.
