According to Johnson, at one point in history, city staff were 70% White. He has done everything in his power to change that, as he now brags that at least 30% are Hispanic.

"Once upon a time, the mayor's office was 70% White men. That day is long behind us."

This is more evidence you did not need that proves how much the mayor discriminates based on skin color. And while I am no expert, this does not seem “legal.”

What about White residents? Don't they matter just as much as the other races? Why does skin color suddenly dictate worth? The fact that people like him point the finger at you and call you a racist, despite the evidence screaming against him, is astonishing.
