As reported by Fox News, Joe Biden appeared to nibble on a scared little girl during his departure from NATO yesterday. The little girl -- terrified because who is this creepy old man and why is mommy letting this happen – turned her head when Biden tried to kiss her. Though in the mother's defense, it all happened so fast, and being from Finland, she may have not known who the geezer was.

American moms do and have started sending their daughters for self-defense classes before White House visits.

Critics say this is a pattern of behavior from a man who some say is the IRL walking embodiment of Herbert the Pervert from Family Guy. If Biden isn't groping little girls, he is making creepy comments about their pigtails and telling audiences how much he likes it when they dance for him.

When reached for comment, Biden's daughter Ashley said "New phone, who dis?"
