Jason Aldean is doing press tours for his new album Highway Desperado, and the media is finally getting to ask him about all the Aldean family drama over the past few years. They asked about the controversy over the Try That in a Small Town video. Spoiler: He's still not sorry. Now we get to hear about the feud he and wife Brittany have with Maren Morris. Or the feud Maren has with them. She can't calm down about the Aldeans. They nothing her.

The drama started last year when Brittany posted the following video to her Instagram page, commenting on the parents who push their own gender-based ideology on their innocent children.

Morris IS one of those parents and also brags about exposing her children to drag queens. She attacked Brittany over the video, claiming, "'It’s so easy to, like, not be a scumbag human? Sell your clip-ins and zip it, Insurrection Barbie.'"

Jason snarked about it as he came to her defense. He was dropped by his long-time PR firm as a result.

Morris never calmed down about it. She boycotted an award show because she didn't feel safe there. In September, she quit country music because she tried as hard as she could to make it woke, but fans and other artists decided not to care. And I quote:

"People are streaming these songs out of spite. It’s not out of true joy or love of the music. It’s to own the libs. I’ve said everything I can say."

Aldean was doing an interview with the Los Angeles Times, the same outlet Maren ran to to quit country music. The reporter wanted to know how the Aldeans managed to look themselves in the mirror knowing there was beef with Morris.

Turns out quite easily. Neither Aldean knows who this broad is, let alone what her major malfunction was.

“The stuff with her is so far off my radar at this point. I’ve never talked to her for more than probably 10 seconds. So I don’t really have an opinion about her.”

“The only thing I knew was that she was coming after my wife in the media. Obviously, her and I are on completely different ends of the spectrum as far as our beliefs. But I don’t know her at all, truly.”

“That’s what was so weird for me: This chick’s coming after us, and I’ve never even talked to her before. Yet she claimed to know so much about me and my wife somehow.”

'Nuff said.
