Abortion is a lot of things, but “mercy” is certainly not one. This is what makes it evil that Anne Hathaway attempted to downplay the killing of unborn children in resurfaced comments made on The View.

Per Fox News from 2022:

"My own personal experience with abortion and I don’t think we talk about this enough, abortion can be another word for mercy," she said.

Elaborating she said, "We don’t know. We don’t know." Hathaway added, "We know that no two pregnancies are alike, and it follows that no two lives are alike, it follows that no two conceptions are alike. So how can we have a law, how can we have a point of view on this that says we must treat everything the same?"According to Hathaway, young women starting their careers have a right to abortion because "reproductive destiny matters a great deal.” It is unclear what she means by "reproductive destiny” but when the left uses words like "reproductive," they mean ending the life of an unborn child. So, she believes a career is more important, so much so that killing is justified, than the value of human life. In other words, one's own selfish ambition is far more important than the life of an innocent child. To call this evil would be putting it mildly.

She then claimed, "Abortion can be another word for mercy." She justified this by claiming everyone is different, and every pregnancy is different. This is why she believes “choice” offers "flexibility," and that is what humans need. It is unclear if she realizes none of this makes sense and is a whole bunch of nothing used to justify one of the most evil procedures in existence, so draw your own conclusions. Nonetheless, when you say so much, yet convey nothing at all, to justify the unjustifiable, this is what you get. It truly is deranged.
