The last recorded lynching in Ohio occurred in 1911. Actress Pam Grier was born in 1949. This is what makes it bizarre for her to claim that while growing up in Ohio, she would walk past tree after tree of Black people who had been lynched. While this is a barbaric and evil crime, we can almost be certain she never witnessed such events. Unclear if she’s lying or delusional, but you do the math.

According to Entertainment Weekly:

"The military wouldn't allow Black families to live on the base, so you had to live in an apartment," Grier said. "You couldn't take a bus, couldn't afford a car, your dads walked to the base. Sometimes, we'd go from tree shade to shade to get back to the apartment — my brother and I and my mom — with bags."

Grier then teared up and looked off to the side of the table, telling the cohosts, "My mom would go, 'Don't look, don't look, don't look,' and she'd pull us away. Because there was someone hanging from a tree."

"They have a memorial for it now, where you can see where people were and left," she said. "It triggers me today, to see that a voice can be silenced. And if a white family supported a Black [family], they're going to get burned down, killed, or lynched as well."

If I did not know any better, I would say this woman is lying, but I do know better, so I will not be saying that. What’s even more bizarre is that the left gets away with such lies, and no one even bats an eye when it’s extremely clear there are no facts involved.

It’s also disingenuous how she cried crocodile tears as if she were genuinely traumatized from an event that very likely never happened. It would be one thing if she were just talking about racism and things she genuinely struggled with, but because she decided to resort to La La Land, nothing she says can be taken seriously.

Why the left resorts to lies to back up their argument, which is extremely lacking, proves they don't have facts on their side. She could have told the truth, but rather than do that, she wanted to up her victim points in a pathetic effort to prove a thing or two about a thing or two. All of that is reprehensible, yet, unfortunately, unsurprising.
