You might have been thinking this weekend would be free of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's dumbassery. Alas, Crazy Eyes couldn't spare us from her air-headed wrath. Now, Alex has a big problem with the Senate trying to bring her Green New Deal plan to a vote.

Yeah, really:

Let me get this straight. Oceanic-Cervix doesn't want a vote on the bill she's trying to pass?

I thought us earthlings only have twelve years until the end-times? You would think Alex would be all onboard for a vote, seeing as the clock is ticking. The forecasted Mad Max/Waterworld crossover nightmare is getting closer and closer. Yet here AOC is, boo-hooing because she knows a vote would be a yuge embarrassment for her.

Alex is worrying about her lefty peeps being on the record voting for her deal. Which is only a problem if her deal is a steaming pile of suckage. It'd be awful easy for Trumpy to take down a Democrat nominee by pointing out their grudge against airplanes and cow farts. The concern here seems to be the prospect of the left being exposed as a bunch of dumbasses.

If the Green New Deal was sensible, the left would have no problem standing behind it. Instead, lefty politicians are dreading the prospect of putting their names on a proposal which reads like it was written by an 8-year-old

Just like many other lefty proposals, the Green New Deal has one underlying goal: more control. "Progressives" like Cortez want to make your greenbacks and your decision-making abilities theirs. This would inevitably come out in debate once this election cycle really kicks into gear. Hence the stall tactics. Pathetic.
