Video Captures School Girl Narrowly Escaping A Predator, A Repeat Offender With A History Of Violence
A man with a history of violence tried to kidnap a poor girl who was walking to school. Thankfully, she got away from the evil predator. I would say “alleged” predator due to the fact he has yet to be convicted of this crime, but he was already found guilty of stabbing his mother in the neck. Therefore, he is already a predator and thus, the shoe fits.
That said, I have no idea why this man was set free by the “justice system” to once again commit atrocities in society, but he was. And to no surprise, he tried to harm an innocent person, except this time he went even further and tried to do unspecified evil acts to a child.

To say this man should be locked off forever is an understatement.
“A man is charged in Maricopa County, Arizona, with attempting to run off with an elementary school student who was walking to school. Police say that is Joseph Ruiz, 37, on video engaging in the failed kidnapping.
He faces a count each of kidnapping and custodial interference, according to Phoenix-area outlets KTVK/KPHO. Authorities did not specify if he has a prior connection to the child.
Footage obtained by the outlet shows a sedan making a U-turn toward a child, who was walking on a sidewalk.
In the video, dated Friday at 7:56 a.m., the vehicle stopped along the sidewalk. The student passed by and the driver stepped out of the car and briefly gave chase on foot.
The student ran away, and the driver quickly quit the pursuit, returning to the sedan.
Administrators at Sunset Elementary School wrote parents a letter, saying that the girl had noticed the suspect follow her from her apartment.”
Three other classmates also helped the little girl. This means that fifth graders have more of a moral compass than this grown excuse of a man. But then again, even preschoolers know kidnapping and stabbing people is evil, so I guess that does not mean much.
“I would note that he has a history of violence,” a prosecutor reportedly said in court, according to the outlet. “He was convicted of an aggravated assault, a class 3 dangerous felony, after having stabbed his mother in the neck.”
We only know about his conviction of the time he stabbed his mother in the neck. It is unclear if he has committed other atrocities because the state requested to have that information sealed. It is also unclear why they would want to hide such information.
It is incompressible as to the reason this man was out to freely roam around society after he stabbed someone in the neck. But he was and he nearly got away with doing unspeakable acts even though he should have never been let out.
When you have a justice system that prioritizes criminals going back into society over victims, you end up with stories like this. Let's just hope the state, who let him out in the first place, who also wants his information sealed, won't make that same mistake again because it's long overdue to throw away that key.
