Democrat frontrunner for WIGOV tosses the word salad on whether she still wants to cancel Thanksgiving

Wisconsin Democrat Governor candidate, Francesca Hong defends her tweet calling for the cancellation of Thanksgiving on CNN.
"I'm a chef, one of the first meals that I made was a Thanksgiving meal."
"It's also a time that's incredibly painful for many people in our communities" pic.twitter.com/mo3TjZYaLz

Francesca Hong, the woman cast to play the role of a "chef" running for governor by the DSA, looks like she is about to become the Democrat nominee in Wisconsin. She is also, as surprising as this may be to hear, two tacos short of a combination platter. I know, right? Democrat Socialist candidates are usually so sane sounding and grounded in reality.
Like most candidates who have been cast by the elitist theater kids who run the Democrat Socialists of America, her past social media history is a treasure trove of idiotic comments that most on the left agree with, but that the establishment Democrats are smart enough not to say out loud. The one the media is focusing on is her wanting to cancel Thanksgiving.
I would have focused on Hong hating white people, but I'm not a content creator at CNN.
I'm a chef, and one of the first meals that I made was for the community when I was 16 was a Thanksgiving meal. But Thanksgiving is also a time that's incredibly painful for many people in our communities. And so I think there, I wanted to make sure that people understood that there are multiple views, but views can evolve. And the position that I'm running for right now, and I think my background as a chef will actually help me become a better governor that's able to bring more people to the table.

Let's set aside the usual left-wing ridiculousness about Thanksgiving. Having a big dinner and spending time with family is not "incredibly painful" for any community. Save your disagreements for the next land acknowledgement.
I'm fascinated by the rest of the script she followed, because I'm noticing a trend of the Democrat Socialist who have been cast to play the role of candidates.
- Keep going back to the character you've been hired to play, whether it be "chef," "oyster farmer," "logger" or what have you.
- Claim the ridiculous words that have come out of your mouth are no longer the ridiculous words that have come out of your mouth, because you've "evolved."
It works for the media, whose job it is to shill for whoever the Democrat frontrunner is at any given time. It doesn't work on normal people, which is where races like Wisconsin Governor and Michigan Senate get interesting.
The reason socialists have been so successful taking over the Democrat party is that they take advantage of how lazy democrat primary voters are and how embarrassing voter turnout in primaries is. In places like New York City, where if a ham sandwich won the Democrat Parimary it would win the general election too, there's no risk.
Statewide, and in states that have swung back and forth and back again in the last three presidential races? Let's see how much airtime money can buy accurately quoting the insane things candidates like Hong and her comrades think. Hint: It's never just "we just want cheaper healthcare."
