Catholic Parents Claim Massachusetts Took Custody of Their Daughter After They Refused to Affirm Her Transition
The fact that some states can de facto kidnap minors under the guise of an objectively false ideology is proof that we are living under tyranny. Because if you do not have the right to parent your kids, what rights do you even have?
Joseph and Arlene Kutzko have a daughter. She was taken from their custody by the State of Massachusetts because they disagreed with the notion that one must change their body to affirm lies. They are now deep in a state lawsuit, desperately trying to stop the state from administering hormone treatment on their child.
A Massachusetts family says the state took custody of their teenage daughter after they refused to affirm her as a boy, citing their Catholic faith.

To call this state-sanctioned kidnapping would be an understatement.
According to Fox Radio:
It is a family’s worst nightmare. Devout Catholic parents are fighting in court to regain custody of their 17-year-old daughter, Sophie, and stop Massachusetts authorities from medically transitioning her with high-dose testosterone. In December 2024, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) removed the then 15-year-old from her home because her parents, Joseph and Arlene Kutzko, would not recognize their daughter as a boy due to their faith–an identity change they allege staff at Algonquin Regional High School initiated in secret. Although physical abuse claims against Joseph were deemed unfounded, a permanent restraining order was issued against the family, and DCF cut off contact after the Kutzkos would not call Sophie by a male name or pronouns.
This is utterly tragic. The fact that the state believes it has the authority to perform these Frankenstein procedures against the wishes of the parents proves how deranged this ideology is. This should not be legal. Judges, counselors, and medical “experts” should never have the right to override biology, all while pretending it is done under the fake guise of protecting the child. And the fact that the government is not the least bit intimidated to fight against two innocent parents like this proves Massachusetts is a tyrannical regime.
Pray for Sophie and her parents because clearly, state officials are not. What a disgrace.
