Here is how insane the Biden Administration has gotten. His Department of Justice is suing Elon Musk because SpaceX doesn't hire illegal immigrants. Musk is being sued because he doesn't hire non-citizens, refugees, or "asylees" (newspeak for "asylum seeker" which is itself newspeak for "illegal").

Or as Elon Musk puts it, he's being sued for not hiring people that are illegal for him to hire.

The DOJ is alleging from 2018-2022, Space X "...routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act."

US Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke calls it a "...ban on their hire regardless of their qualification, in violation of federal law."

Let's set aside the insanity of suing an American company for not hiring people who aren't legal American citizens. SpaceX deals with a lot of government contracts. You can go to jail for allowing non-US citizens to see things like our rocket hardware. Or, that is at least what Elon Musk WAS told. He can't even hire Canadians.

"SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense."

The hypocrisy doesn't end there.

Joe Biden's Department of Justice is suing Elon Musk for not breaking a law that if he broke he could get thrown into prison.

Apropos of, we're sure, nothing, Elon Musk has become a regular critic of Joe Biden's. Musk also owns X, the one social media app that the Biden Administration can't get to censor posts.

Also -- again, we're sure this is apropos of noting -- Biden's DOJ is going after Donald Trump, one of Biden's potential 2024 opponents, over something unrelated.

America has gotten to a point when an American company can get sued by the American government for not hiring non-American citizens, and that's NOT the craziest part of the story.
