The Dallas salon owner, Shelley Luther, refused to close her salon. She acted in defiance of the tyrannical stay-at-home order in Texas, and now she's to be jailed. This judge openly calls her selfish and wrong for defying the orders of elected officials.
I'd like to remind the judge and all the boot-licking gestapos who applaud him that elected officials are elected by the people and are supposed to be governed by the consent of the governed. When did any of us vote to put people under house arrest over a virus which proves itself to be weaker by the day? I'd remind people that this woman tried to get government assistance but the government denied her. She needs money to provide for herself. Not even the government, who shut her down over the stupid Wuhan flu, was able to provide for her.
What was she to do?
This. She's doing exactly what she had to do, she's proving a key point to the rest of us. Make no mistake, Shelly Luther is a martyr to this cause and is not the first.
Maybe China did coverup what they knew about the virus, one way or another. But what America has done to its citizens in response, and what the citizens have done to each other, is far worse.
