The problem with the left fighting for open borders is that it does a huge disservice to the American people. It has gotten so bad that many leftist officials continue to turn a blind eye to public safety threats, including physical harm, committed by foreign nationals who have no business being here in the first place. And while the left will not hesitate to defend violent criminals who obstruct lawful ICE operations, they never seem to say much of anything when it comes to the harm caused to Americans. Why do you think that is?

The father of a girl left permanently disabled after a crash with an illegal alien called out Democrats for their fake sympathy, as their actions prove time and again who they are really fighting for, and news flash, it is not you, the American people.

It could not have been said any better than that.

According to Fox News:

The father of a 7-year-old girl left permanently disabled after an illegal immigrant driving an 18-wheeler slammed into the vehicle she was traveling in tore into Democratic lawmakers during a fiery Capitol Hill hearing Tuesday, rejecting their expressions of sympathy and accusing them of failing families like his.

"I reject your guys’ sympathy," Marcus Coleman, whose daughter Dalilah suffered a fract
ured skull, broken femur and traumatic brain injury in the 2024 California crash, told lawmakers during a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement hearing on sanctuary policies across the United States.

Coleman said Democratic lawmakers had "never reached out to me" after his daughter’s catastrophic injuries.

The reason these politicians have never reached out is that they could not care less, as it does nothing for them except politically. They are not doing what makes the American people better off, nor did they give a crap about national security and public safety. Nope. All they care about is power and ensuring no human is illegal. And that ideology caused an innocent young girl to be permanently disabled. What a disgrace.
