Halloween seems to have come early this year.

A man in a Chucky-style mask has been accused of harassing random people on the street, going as far as chasing an innocent woman on a jog and asking her if she was "ready to die.”

Well, that is not something you see every day!

According to CBS:

Investigators are searching for a suspect who was running up to people and making threats over a roughly 15-minute span on Aug. 12, Philadelphia Police Department Capt. Jason Smith said Monday.

Smith said the suspect is facing charges that include terroristic threats, simple assault and other offenses.

In another bizarre incident, one woman claims the masked lunatic begged to race her and her friends.

Luanda Marinho said she encountered the masked man when she was meeting her friend at 12th and Chestnut streets in the morning for a run.

"He starts asking, 'Do you guys want to race me? I bet I am faster than you. Want to race me?' He asked a few times, but none of us acknowledged him. Very weird," Marinho said.

Police are unsure if they are dealing with a mentally unwell suspect with far more sinister motives or if he is just a weirdo fishing for content, but clearly, the man is deranged.

It is also believed he has threatened at least six people.

One woman claims she kicked the pathetic loser in the chest.

Lol. How is this not satire? Let's just hope authorities catch this creep sooner rather than later.
