We used to live in a time when sports were not controversial. The girls fought on the girls' team, and failing male athletes were just that - failing male athletes. The left, however, woke up one day and decided women’s sports were a fake trans rights issue. Subsequently, leftists have “affirmed” and defended males taking over the women's division at an alarming rate. This is why the Trump Administration had no choice but to make gender great again.

A woke judge in California has thrown out a lawsuit filed by the DOJ, fighting to ensure fairness in female sports.

According to Ed Week:

A federal judge this week threw out the U.S. Justice Department’s lawsuit challenging California policies that allow transgender athletes to compete on school sports teams that match their gender identity.

The fact that leftist judges continue to wreak havoc with their deranged political agenda proves how captured the judicial system has become. This should not be controversial. This should not even be a thing in the first place. Even cavemen understood the difference between biological sex. Are they really this foolish?

The Justice Department alleged that the California Department of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation were in violation of Title IX, a 1972 federal law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in any education program or activity that receives federal funding. It argued the law requires that sports eligibility and facilities access be based on biological sex, not gender identity.

The fact that this even needs to be said is a scandal in itself.

But U.S. District Judge Cynthia Valenzuela found that Title IX does no such thing—and that a recent U.S. The Supreme Court ruling allowing other states to apply such eligibility standards only reinforced her conclusion.

In other words, gender is meaningless, according to this leftist judge. And in that pursuit, California has every right to destroy women's sports, despite everyone and their grandmas knowing how reprehensible this is.

The fact that the left pretends to be all in for fake women's rights is truly absurd, as they continue to fight against female sports all under the guise of trans rights that don't exist. These people are totally delusional.
