At one point in time, Western nations used to lead the world in freedom. Now, not so much—especially when it comes to the left’s trans agenda. And in what is likely the most tyrannical news this week, an Australian women’s-rights activist has been ordered to pay $95,000 to two transgender athletes after referring to them in ways the court deemed discriminatory for their participation in women’s football.

According to Reduxx:

An Australian women’s rights advocate has been ordered to pay a combined total of $95,000 AUD to two trans-identified men, with an additional $40,000 penalty in the case of non-compliance. Kirralie Smith was found guilty by a New South Wales court of “unlawfully vilifying” two trans-identified males who made headlines for participating in women’s sports.

Justin “Riley” Dennis and Nicholas “Stephanie” Blanch lodged criminal complaints against Smith for raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s football. Smith, a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, a campaign group dedicated to advocating for single-sex sports in Australia, had been raising public awareness of their inclusion in women’s sports after learning of injuries sustained by female players.

The judgement was decided by Magistrate Sharon Freund on August 26, who stated: “I am satisfied that the defendant unlawfully vilified the Plaintiff … when she referred to the plaintiff as a male or a man.”

She will be appealing this tyrannical decision and gross power grab by the courts. And I am no expert in Australian law, but I would assume people have the right to state biological facts. But I guess… not?

Smith has been ordered to pay significant sums to the two men as compensation for the “misgendering” within 28 days.

If this judgment were rooted in truth, it wouldn’t exist. You don’t have to force people to pay $95,000 for lying. It’s only when authorities want to convince people — and instill fear in those who refuse to affirm the lie — that they resort to tactics like this.

Not only was this an injustice to the women on the sports team, but it’s an injustice to women everywhere. The left has decided that not only do fairness and safety not matter to them, but women must fork over tens of thousands of dollars to men, aka the patriarchy, solely because they claim to feel some type of way. To call this deranged would be an understatement.

We need justice for Kirralie Smith, as the only victim here is her. Men are men, and the sooner the Australian courts realize that, the better off everyone will be. Until then, don’t expect anything but more of the same for the land down under.
