Christian School Awarded $500k Settlement After Being Banned From Sports Over Opposing Trans Athletes

The reason society never needed policies in place to mandate what genders can and cannot compete in certain divisions is that this concept is so simple that it was understood before written language was developed. The left, however, woke up one day and decided that one of the most basic and universal facts ever known to man was controversial. Subsequently, they have been doing everything in their power to destroy women's sports. The problem with this, however, is that most people have this little thing called “common sense.” This is why when the left punishes people for refusing to bend a knee to the gender bender mob, it never ends up putting them on the right side of history.

A Christian school has been awarded over half a million dollars after sports teams were banned from competing in the state as a way to punish the girls' basketball team for refusing to compete against a male athlete.
According to Fox News:
State education agencies in Vermont have paid over $566,000 in damages and legal fees to a Christian school that was banned from all sports and academic competitions for two years after its girls' basketball team refused to compete against a trans athlete in 2023.
A settlement agreement following mediation was finalized on Tuesday that awarded the plaintiffs, including the Mid Vermont Christian School and its law firm Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the $566,000.
The settlement comes after a years-long saga in which all the school's sports teams, and even its academic teams, like spelling bee and mathletes, had to travel out of state to compete against other schools.
While the left would like it if you believed they were on the compassionate side of history, that could not be further from the truth. In their pathetic pursuit to affirm all identities, they ended up excluding athletes solely because they fought to stand up for biological truth. And the fact that they believe they did so under the guise of inclusivity is a scandal in itself.
