We have gotten to the point where the left not only claims that Conservatives are a bunch of Nazis but, according to them, they are so much worse than that. Nevermind the fact that Nazis were part of a political movement that created the Second World War and imprisoned and killed innocent people based on ethnicity. These facts don't matter when it comes to their deranged ideology, as, according to them, there is no far worse sin than enforcing federal immigration laws.

According to Stephen Colbert, “Do not compare ICE or Border Patrol agents to the Nazis. That’s an unfair comparison. The Nazis were willing to show their faces.”

If it weren't for rhetoric like this, they would not have to hide their faces.

According to DHS, ICE agents "now face a more than 1,300% increase in assaults, a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks against them, and an 8,000% increase in death threats.” When you look at those numbers, who wouldn't want to conceal their identities? This has everything to do with the left's attacks on these federal officers and nothing to do with National Socialism.

This is in addition to ICE List, “a website which shares the first and last names of ICE and Border Patrol agents and Department of Homeland Security employees,” where a whistleblower shared “the personal information of close to 4,500 federal agents and employees.”

This, combined with the fact that left-wing agitators believe they are doing the Lord's work by interfering with their lawful duties to enforce the law, proves exactly why the masks are necessary. But Colbert does not care about any of that, as his intent is not to lead with information, but to deceive the masses and paint innocent officers as the problem.

Don't these people want to live in a country where criminal aliens can no longer terrorize innocent Americans? Based on the lengths they go to demonize officers, it would appear not.

I don't have to tell you why Colbert’s rhetoric is reprehensible, but the fact that we are now at the point that they claim these people are not just Nazis, but something more sinister than that, goes beyond reason.

The American people are not buying this crap anymore, and the whole Conservatives=Nazis thing is deeply overplayed, which is likely why they have taken it up a notch. Nonetheless, people like Colbert fool no one, and to call this a slap in the face to the brave men and women enforcing our immigration laws would be an understatement. But what else is new?
