CNN's Dana Bash Tries to 'Whitesplain' CRT to Winsome Sears, but VA's New Lt. Governor Shuts Her Up
When the media finds a lie they like, they hold on to it with every fiber of their being. Facts be damned! See: Rittenhouse, The Trial of Kyle. Even after getting slapped around by Virginia voters, the media has quadrupled down on their lie that CRT being taught in grade school is a lie. Though, as you see with CNN's Dana Bash, the talking point has been altered to "not part of the curriculum." Virginia's incoming Lt. Governor Winsome Sears didn't let her get away with it.
You may remember Sears from her election night speech that CNN didn't air. They were too busy saying Glenn Youngkin won because of racism.
"No, no, no, no, it is part of the curriculum. It's weaved in and out of the curriculum. In fact, in 2015, former governor, who was just defeated, McAuliffe, his state Board of Education had information how to teach it, so it's weaved in. So, it's semantics, but it's weaved in."
Sears went on to say: We are going to have a good education system. It's going to represent all people. And I'm going to help see that through because education lifted my father out of poverty when he came to America with only $1.75. Education lifted me because I have to find my own way in this world. And education will lift all of us."
That, my friend, is a mic drop. Bash was embarrassed into silence. So she switched to an attack on v*cc*nation status instead.
