UK's Home Office releases literature explaining to migrants sexual assault is bad, child abuse is illegal (they might not know)

Some of you might be saying, "Hey Brodigan, this is old news. The Louder with Crowder Dot Com website already wrote about this."
We did, but it's not. I'll get to that in a moment.
In America, the Department of Homeland Security is working diligently to deport people who are here illegally. Yeah, I know. They haven't deported everyone all at once. Derpity derpy derp derp.
Before you blackpill too hard, compare and contrast with the UK's version of DHS. The Home Office is not only welcoming to all migrants; it has also released literature to help migrants adapt to their new home. Handy tips include that you need consent before having sex with someone, that the person needs to be at least 16 years old, and that child abuse is frowned upon.

Unclear is if this is in response to MP Rupert Lowe's shocking (though not really, if you've been paying attention) report detailing the decades-long history of sexual exploitation of over a quarter of a million British women (mostly white) at the hands of migrants (mostly Pakistani Muslim). The UK could have, upon reviewing the report, if nothing else, started to enforce the laws they were ignoring.
Instead, it appears a decision was made that the real problem is that the laws weren't being explained enough.
Describing the "serious crime" of rape, the Home Office describes what consent is: "In the UK, both people must say ‘yes’ to sex. This is called consent."
It also explicitly tells foreigners female genital mutilation, where a person cuts or harms a girl’s genitals, is forbidden in Britain.
The guidance highlights child rape is illegal "even if they look older" or if "it is allowed in another country".

K. If I concede that open borders enrich the culture and other gay sh*t like diversity is our greatest strength, will you concede that a country does NOT need to import people who come from a country where child rape is illegal, let alone that they need to be told that it's frowned upon by their new home?
And if you're one of the people who had a case of a deja vu at the beginning of this post, you're not nuts. Versions of this have happened before throughout Europe and have been happening for the past decade.

Methinks it's not working.
The UK has fallen, #217 in a series.
Pay attention America, #218 in a series.
