The Trump administration is going hard on immigration, with plans to revoke visas and expand H1-B visa fees. Today’s show breaks down his wins.

The Trump administration is preparing to revoke the business and tourism visas of up to 200,000 foreigners who have applied for or are currently seeking asylum status in the United States. If it happens, the move would be the largest single mass revocation of visas in U.S. history and would likely face legal challenges.

Unless challenged or revised, the State Department is expected to announce in the coming weeks the revocation of so-called B1 and B2 visas issued between 2016 and 2026 whose holders have sought asylum or are now seeking asylum, according to State Department documents obtained by The Associated Press and two U.S. officials. The action will be taken in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security.

This is in addition to the 175,000 visas the administration has revoked from foreign nationals who violated the terms, committed crimes post facto, defrauded the American people, or more.

“This would be the largest visa revocation in history. Does that sound like the same or like a historical change?” Crowder said. “Visa overstays are a massive problem.”

According to Congress, “an average of between 1% and 2% of nonimmigrant admissions result in an overstay each year, representing approximately 650,000-850,000 overstays annually from FY2016 through FY2022.”

When you combine this with border crossings down 94%, you get massive immigration wins.

“We effectively have a secure border,” Crowder said.

According to the New York Times, “The Trump administration on Monday proposed charging a new steep fee for visas granted to skilled foreign workers, in the latest attempt to fundamentally overhaul the H-1B visa program.”

“For you to buy that, you have to believe that we don't have people here who can do coding, who can do tech, who can do customer service, everything. Remember it used to be: who is going to pick your strawberries? Now it is: who is going to do your tech jobs? Who is going to do your mildly skilled jobs? Who is going to do your manual labor?” Crowder said. “Of course, there are plenty of skilled Americans, but many of them have been laid off and replaced by cheaper H-1Bs.”

Crowder added that “there is nothing compassionate about mass importing H-1B laborers to replace Americans. There is nothing compassionate about allowing people to come from third-world crap holes to bring their violence and inferior cultures. There is nothing compassionate about that.”

When people claim Trump has done nothing for immigration, the numbers prove otherwise. The border is closed. Millions have been deported. H-1Bs are down. Visa revocations are at “historic” numbers. When you combine this with Biden’s numbers, there is no comparison.

“I have not gotten everything that I wanted, but we have gotten more than we have ever seen in our lifetime or your parent’s lifetime. It is not even close,” Crowder said.
