DHS raided Ilhan Omar’s residence Monday morning, reportedly related to a criminal fraud investigation into her immigration paperwork. Today’s show breaks it down.

“Remember when Donald Trump had to deal with a judge who said he committed fraud for evaluating a piece of property that was clearly worth at least quadruple more than the judge declared it to be?” Crowder said. “This lady committed immigration fraud and then, very likely, committed it again by allegedly marrying her brother.”

Two sources close to the investigation say the search stems from a criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman's immigration paperwork, which was filled out by her late father when she was a child.

"Today in the Washington, D.C., area, Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice. This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation," a DOJ spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

The DOJ later added that the investigation was "criminal" in nature.

According to CNN, it is bizarre that the DOJ is making such an investigation public so close to an election.

“If Omar lied to get citizenship, she could lose her citizenship and be convicted of a crime,” Crowder said.

In Sept., DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin stated that, “We know that she married her brother to try to bring him into the United States,” adding that “There may be more to this, and possibly some illegal activity for [the family] to come to the United States to begin with." He also previously confirmed this is not political, as the family allegedly “did things wrong.”

Current Kalshi odds of Omar being charged with a crime are 44%.

“When people complain that they have not seen enough perp walks, well sure, but they are trying. They keep getting blocked by lower courts. The lawfare happening right now is where your ire should be aimed. It is unbelievable. It is unprecedented. We have never seen anything like it. This lady should be nowhere near American soil, let alone office,” Crowder said.
