The Left continues to push its narrative surrounding migrant kids in hopes of tugging on your heartstrings to stop deporting people. Too bad no one is buying this nonsense. Today’s show breaks it down.
According to ABC 7, “Six children were ordered removed Wednesday by a federal immigration judge in Chicago.
“One by one, the children appeared before Judge Shawn Abraham for hearings that lasted a few minutes. All of the children have been legally deemed abandoned by their parents by the government.”
The media would like it if you believed all these kids were under 12. However, most of them are closer to 17, and only one is 12. They also said they are being deported without representation. However, they have not yet been deported, and their taxpayer-funded lawyers are already appealing these deportation orders.
The program in question, known as the SIJ program, is intended to help foreign children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected get residency. This program still exists; however, Trump ended the automatic deportation protection that Biden implemented in 2022.
There are also some key facts that should be noted regarding this program. Firstly, the majority of applicants are over 18, many having criminal records, including 19,000 with arrest records and 853 known or suspected gang-affiliated. Over 600 MS-13 gang members have also used this petition, with 500 of them being approved.
In one specific example, in 2013, hundreds of men from the same area used this program, with the same story, filed in the same court in New York, and because the judge said they could not confirm or deny the allegations, all of their cases were approved.
“This is the trick they play,” Crowder said. “How can you deport anybody?”
Truly abused kids do have methods where they can get legal status if the abuse occurred on US soil and agencies can actually investigate this independently.
“You were told eight children have been deported without any legal representation because Donald Trump wants to do away with this program that protects kids who have been abused. The truth is they were not kids, they were teenagers, they have not been deported yet, and their publicly funded representatives are currently appealing it,” Crowder said. “That program consists of the majority of applicants being well over adult-age criminals, including MS-13 gang members, and were all rubber-stamped for automatic approval and protection from deportation.”
This is why it is crucial to double-check these sob stories the media throws out.
“Every single time you hear a story, just dig a little bit deeper,” Crowder said. “We don't need to have these conversations because it is a moral imperative to have borders and deport people who are here illegally. There are too many loopholes.”
