JJ Marie Gufreda is the voice heard representing the transgender activism side. Cynthia Yockey of AConservativeLesbian.com is the one heard representing the Lesbian side. You may be surprised to hear that many gay/lesbians feel that the transgender movement has hijacked their civil rights struggle.

CYNTHIA: He is not biologically, he is not scientifically a woman. He is a woman only on the basis of his mental illness. On the basis of delusion.

... These men enter all women spaces and refuse to leave. So women, and lesbians no longer have safe spaces, or all women spaces. It's an invasion.

The problem is ultimately that they are not women. So they need to get out of women's spaces.

JJ: I am a woman, I'm treated as a woman. ... this is the first time I've been told that I have a mental illness, so it's news to me. None of my doctors or therapists told me that I had a mental illness.

... if somebody doesn't think I'm a woman, they're entitled to their opinion.

CROWDER: But JJ, what about the fact that you have a penis?
