Former Trans Kid Wins Lawsuit After Suing Doctors Who Performed Double Mastectomy

One of the major problems with gender affirming care is that it’s not possible. The second major problem is that many of these surgeries often result in people chopping off healthy body parts in favor of affirming delusions. The third major problem, and likely the most important one, is that these procedures are often done on minors before they can fully grasp the severity of their actions. This is why no one should be surprised when patients later sue their doctors and win after these irreversible procedures.
MASSIVE: First detransitioner to take a medical malpractice lawsuit to trial has been awarded $2M for medical malpractice. Her psychologist and surgeon were both found liable for giving her a mastectomy at 16.

This story should not exist, but it does because some doctors felt monetary value was far more important than the physical and mental well-being of a child. That is why a 22-year-old woman who previously identified as trans has won $2 million in a lawsuit against New York doctors whom she accused of pushing a double mastectomy on her when she was a teenager.
According to the New York Post:
Fox Varian had the life-altering surgery when she was just 16-years-old — getting approval from a psychologist and a surgeon — both of whom a jury found liable of medical malpractice on Jan. 30, The Epoch Times reported.
Varian, now 22 and considered a “detransitioner,” was awarded $1.6 million for past and future pain and suffering, and an additional $400,000 for future medical expenses — in the first detransitioner malpractice lawsuit in the nation to go to trial and win.
Psychologist Kenneth Einhorn and surgeon Simon Chin were held responsible in Westchester County Supreme Court in White Plains for ignoring standards of care and procedural guardrails by pressuring the minor into addressing gender dysphoria with permanent surgery, the jury decided.
Gender affirming care is the only time when doctors “affirm” a patient's self-diagnosis. The moment the patient walks in and says they believe they were born in the wrong body, doctors affirm that lie, as if it’s anything more than a delusional distortion of subjective feelings. And in whatever pursuit that is, many minors have had healthy body parts chopped off in the hope of “affirming” those lies, even though it's medically, morally, and illogically incorrect.
Lawyers for Varian pointed the finger at Einhorn, saying he “drove the train” and was “putting the idea in Fox’s head” that she needed to change her gender with surgery, according to the report.
If gender and sex are two different things, why would you need to medically transition someone to affirm their “truth?” If gender is a social construct, why do people go to great lengths to alter their biology, if it’s nothing more than the clothes on one's back? That is something the left will never be able to answer, and in their pathetic pursuit to turn an entire generation into trans gender benders, the most vulnerable people will pay the price. Fortunately, the tide is turning, and because of this, we can have faith that more and more doctors will be held accountable for this blatant malpractice.
