According to Joy Reid, Iran and the United States are more similar than anyone could ever imagine. This, of course, is a lie. However, it won't stop her from claiming that Christianity is the United States version of Sharia Law.

She claimed both Iran and the U.S. have Secret Police, likely referring to ICE officers. The problem with this is that ICE is not a secret, and so long as you have not broken federal immigration laws, you have nothing to worry about.

She then went on to say that our “regime” is "oppressing women” by going after the “right” to abort choices. She went even further with her lies by claiming that the U.S. is kicking women out of universities and saying “DEI means women cannot be hired in high positions in the sciences.” She concluded that “we are marginally better,” and the real difference is that “we are doing it for Christianity," while Iran is “doing it for Islam.”

Did you think it was possible to piss off both Muslims and Christians in the same rant? Because I surely did not.

For an administration that is allegedly oppressing women, there is hardly any evidence for that. If that were true, surely she would have a little bit of proof, don't you think? It’s also pathetic how she claims abortion rights are somehow akin to women's rights, when half the babies aborted are female. Don't their lives matter? Nonetheless, while you can acknowledge that the left, for some bizarre reason, refuses to believe human babies are human, even though humans are humans, this is not even remotely oppression.

When was the last time the U.S. was accused of beating a woman into a coma for showing her hair? That does not happen here, as it does in Iran. That is because here in the States, women are acknowledged as equal under the law. Methinks Reid forgot that little detail, or she truly is a lying lunatic who pulls nonsense out of her behind. Draw your own conclusions.

Also, ending DEI does not mean women cannot hold high positions. It means only women who deserve those positions should get them, instead of creating fake quotas under the lie of inclusiveness. The same goes for men. This should not be controversial, as meritocracy is not a debate topic, but for some random reason, the left decided competence was bigoted.

Reid is a lying psychopath who could not care less about the truth, as she bashes both Christianity and Islam all under the fake leftist guise of compassion. But what else is new?
