Watch: What Happens When Trump Signs and Releases All the Epstein Files

Both the Senate and the House have voted to release the Epstein files, and the bill now heads to Donald Trump’s desk. Today’s show breaks it down.
“A lot of this does not pass the sniff test. I think the files should be released, and I don't think Donald Trump should be impeached because of what has taken place,” Crowder said.
According to CBS:
The Senate approved a House-passed bill that would require the Justice Department to release files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, effectively sending it to President Trump's desk.
The measure was formally transmitted to the Senate on Wednesday, the final step before heading to the president. Mr. Trump said earlier this week he intends to sign the bill.
The bill, known as the Epstein Files Transparency Act, would compel the Justice Department to publicly release files related to Epstein and his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell within 30 days of it being signed into law, with some exceptions for survivors' personal information and other sensitive material.
The sole vote against was by Rep. Clay Higgins. He claims he has “been a principled ‘NO on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt.”
"It 's bizarre and I don't know if this guy has someone in his ear saying you can portray yourself as a principled Conservative," Crowder said. "His legacy is going to be the one vote defending an underaged sex trafficker."
What's also odd is how the left is portraying this as some victory as a result of their doing.
“They don't celebrate any area where there is actual common ground,” Crowder said.
Additionally, Pam Bondi, who already botched the first release, will be allowed to redact certain information that could name victims or jeopardize live investigations.
“There needs to be some level of transparency here. The reason that this is different from a lot of other cases is that Americans have watched this take place in real time and it perfectly crystallizes elites getting off from horrendous crimes,” Crowder said. “The final judgement call as to what will include rest with Pam Bondi.”
