Much of what's been coming out of Russia invading Ukraine has been called into question for its accuracy. And for good reason. Don't view this as possible "propaganda" as much as an example of how hard many American "journalists" suck. Douchebags like Jim Acosta and the other content creators at CNN will claim they are on the front lines just because people in red hats yell at them and call them failures at life. Journalists in Ukraine, however, have apparent death squads firing upon them.

Via Sky News, chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay and his crew found themselves on the wrong end of alleged Russian sniper fire. One of them kept the camera on.

I say "alleged" Russian snipers because the news team didn't know who was firing on them. They were too busy running and making sure they weren't killed. It wasn't until they made it to safety that Ukrainians told them it was an ambush "by a saboteur Russian reconnaissance squad. It was professional, the rounds kept smashing into the car - they didn't miss." How much of that may or may not be an exaggeration, well, that's where the confusing coverage makes things more confusing. The reporters were clearly fired upon, and it was most likely by Russians. The only thing in question is if it was a "death squad" targeting the reporters.

One thing is perfectly clear, and that's just how dangerous things have become, and how dangerous reporting in an actual warzone is. An actual warzone, not just some MAGA rally.

It also shows how difficult it's becoming to get a clear picture of what's happening on the ground. News outlets are pulling out because they are being targeted by Russians. There is also a push by the West to BLOCK Russian news sources, which makes no sense because even if it is propaganda, you need to know what they're saying in order to counter it.
