I've been staring at my computer for ten minutes and don't know where to begin with this one. An Ohio father, per the ring camera footage he uploaded, was told his eleven-year-old daughter could be arrested for sharing child porn... to the groomer predator who contacted her on the communist Chinese own social media app TikTok.

Captioned on the video: "She's 11. He's a grown man. He manipulated her into sending pictures of herself. This was the police response at midnight. We called at 6."

The father called the police at 6:00. They didn't show up until midnight. The girl was asleep... because she's eleven. This is the conversation that unfolded.

Idiot Cop: "[Your daughter] could probably get charged with child porn if she is found to have produced the images."

Angry father: "Who? She can? She's 11 years old."

IDIOT COP: "Doesn't matter. She's still making porn."

At this point, the father decided it was better to end this conversation than to react in any of the ways he was thinking.

DailyMail contacted the Columbus Police Department and was told Inspector General, which "investigates complaints of misconduct and/or excessive use of force by sworn personnel," has opened an inquiry into this incident.

"The Division of Police regards all allegations of sexual misconduct with the utmost seriousness. Incidents involving minors are handled with the highest degree of concern. Sexual Assault Unit detectives were immediately notified of the incident and have since initiated an investigation."

Here's the thing. In Ohio, "sexting" with or between minors is illegal. Minors who send nude images could face a second-degree felony. However -- and I'm no lawyer -- I'm going to say the spirit of the law is if an eleven-year-old shared nude photos with a twelve-year-old.

When an eleven-year-old is groomed into sending nude photos to A FUCKING ADULT, that's statutory rape. It's child molestation. It's showing up at the dude's house and introducing him to the wrong end of a baseball bat.

There's GOT to be a part of this story that's missing. At face value, the idiot who threatened the 11-year-old with jail time needs to be yeeted off the force.
