Ana Navarro has total meltdown, tries telling Black guest that deporting illegals no different than chattel slavery
The only reason someone would equate enforcing federal immigration laws with slavery is that they are either painfully naive or objectively stupid. And in Ana Navarro’s case, both may be true.
Navarro proceeded to meltdown on CNN after clashing with Shermichael Singleton by trying to correlate illegal immigration to slavery that has not existed in the United States for over 150 years.
Things got so bad that Abby Phillip was forced to go to a commercial break.
🚨HOLY MOLY: Ana Navarro's complete meltdown on CNN just caused Abby Phillip to cut to commercial.@MrShermichael: "If you com to this country illegally, you are going HOME!"

Is she trying to make the point that many groups besides Hispanics have arrived in the United States illegally? Because there is an incredibly big difference between people who have broken federal immigration laws and those who have been sold into forced labor. This attempt to prove her point is so bad, it's a miracle she remembers to brush her teeth in the morning.
Just because there were groups of people who arrived here without following the proper process as we understand it today, that does not mean that Black people who were trafficked and enslaved against their will are illegal immigrants. Not only is this historically inaccurate, but it’s incredibly offensive to the families who have suffered under slavery in the United States. And I think she realized that, which is why she had such a catastrophic meltdown.
There is a difference between having a choice to break modern federal immigration laws, but there is none when it comes to slavery. So, for her to sit there and claim there is no difference between the two is deeply deranged and objectively stupid. This is why she felt as if she had no choice but to play the victim card and make it about herself.
"I'm Latino and my people are being racially profiled!"
Fact check: False.
It's also absurd when Liberals try and make deportations a racial issue, as it has nothing to do with race. An immigrant, legal or illegal, is not a race, and it's baffling that they have yet to realize that. Nonetheless, someone should really tell Navarro that just because you are hysterical, that does not make you factually, logically, or morally correct. And the sooner she realizes that, the better off she will be.
