You are on the verge of bankruptcy and losing your livelihood over the shutdown, and you see one of the people most responsible for the shutdown IN YOUR BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN. Now here's great-great-great-grandma prancing around the salon without a mask on. If I were the business owner, I'd be pissed too.
