Congresswoman Tricks Runaway Texas Democrat Into Admitting Voter ID's Aren't Oppression
You need an ID to do most of anything in America. Yet, for whatever reason, Democrats feel needing one to vote is like if Jim Crow and former KKK Exhaled Cyclops Robert Byrd had a baby. It's one of the reasons so many Texas Democrats ran away to Washington DC, where they proceeded to cause a super spreader event. They wanted to block Texas's common-sense voter integrity laws. Even though, most of them don't know why. As evidence of this, Rep. Nancy Mace took Texas Democrat Rep. Senfronia Thompson for a journey of logic she wasn't expecting.
'Do You Need An ID To Rent An Apartment?': Nancy Mace Asks Witness Rapid-Fire Questions About IDyoutu.be
Some of the things you need an ID to do in Texas. An ID, that if you ask to see one before voting, Democrats say is raaaaaaaacist.
- Buy alcohol.
- Buy cigarettes
- Get a job/get on payroll
- Fill a prescription
- Rent an apartment
- Buy a house/get a mortgage
- Fly, both commercial and via private jet like the runaway Texas Democrats did
- Open a bank account
Here's the important part.
Rep. Mace: 72%. Do you know the number of black and brown and African Americans in this country who support voter ID?
Rep. Thompson: No.
Rep. Mace: 75%. Do you know the number of Hispanics that support voter ID in this country?
Rep. Thompson: No.
Rep. Mace: 81%
Also, over 70% of DEMOCRATS support voter ID. Rep. Thomason thought the number would be much lower.
One would assume that if you were called into a congressional hearing, you'd be prepared for the questioning. However, to be fair to Rep. Senfronia Thompson, she's a Democrat. Democrats aren't used to be challenged on the common-sense voter integrity laws they oppose. They're used to talking to a sympathetic media who, when they use words like "supression" and "hate," the reporters are too busy saying how brave the runaway Texas Democrats are being. There's no time (or interest) left to fact check them on anything.
That's where Rep. Nancy Mace came in. It was a work of brilliance.
