Democrat Rep. Jerry Nadler once said that we would have a rotting produce epidemic if we didn't exploit foreigners for cheap labor. This is why he believes it's justified to have open borders, as he believes this nation's grocery stores depend on it. However, he has taken 10 steps left, and is now claiming people would be “justified in shooting” masked ICE agents, despite that being what you would call “attempted murder” on a federal officer.

According to Mediaite:

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) argued Americans would be “justified” shooting ICE agents if they believed they were “masked hoodlums” attacking them — and not one of the government’s “goons,” as he put it.

“If you were attacked by a masked person, you might think you were being kidnapped. You would be justified in shooting the person to protect yourself,” Nadler said.

The problem with this statement is that officers are not randomly picking up American citizens and throwing them in the back of trucks. These are targeted deportation efforts dedicated to the worst kind of criminals.

We see the ICE goons break into people’s homes without a warrant, we see them drag out a man — an American citizen in his underwear in the snow without even permitting him to get dressed.

The left only has itself to blame for the two recent ICE shootings. It’s dangerous rhetoric like this that makes naive liberals believe that interfering and provoking federal officers with guns is a good idea. Not only would that be an obstruction, but it’s extremely dangerous.

ICE agents don't have to play Russian Roulette when it comes to leftist agitators fighting to ensure rapists and murderers are not illegal. But that is exactly what the left wants.

We are not talking about American citizens or undocumented individuals laying low while working in the hospitality industry; we are targeting targeted deportation efforts for criminals accused of heinous crimes.

People like Nadler are telling Americans to risk their lives defending scummy criminals to threaten the lives of ICE officers performing their lawful duties, and the fact that no one cares is deeply concerning.

This isn't even real compassion; it's fake virtue signaling disguised as leftist morality.

This is what he really thinks about illegal aliens.

The left does not actually care about giving these people the opportunity for a better life. They would not be so dedicated to ensuring no human is illegal if it didn't benefit them. Nothing the left does is born from compassion; it's all a selfish game intended to ensure they never lose another election again. But unfortunately for them, the American people are not buying it. They see right through this political theater, and they are no longer having it. Voters gave the federal government a mandate to enforce the law, and there is nothing the left hates more than that.

Common sense would tell you Nadler is a senile buffoon threatening the lives of Americans, but unfortunately, sense is not so common among the left. So, the next time the media lifts a martyr for agitating ICE agents, don't forget what this potato said. The same side that points the finger at you for inciting violence is demanding their base to do just that, and there's nothing more reprehensible than that.
