Therefore it should come as no great shock that a young British mother, Tareena Shakil, wanted the best terrorist-education Allah could buy.

The mother of one traveled to the capital of IS territory, Raqqa, in Syria, taking her toddler son with her. She dressed him in IS clothing and wore a similar balaclava herself.

She urged others to join her, including her twelve year old brother. ...Arrested the moment she arrived back in Britain last February, when interviewed, she lied; telling police she was kidnapped by a man she met on holiday in Turkey.

Aww. He'll grow up to be just like his father. Raping and killing the innocent infidels.

Insert liberal cries of "ISLAMOPHOBIA" here. If you're screaming that, this next bit is for you. Read it carefully. Why does extreme Buddhism involve maybe becoming a monk? Yet extreme Islam always leads to chopping off heads? Or raping women. Or blowing yourself up. Remember, this is a regular Muslim gal from Britain. She wasn't forced into ISIS. Nobody held a gun to her head. She went by herself, of her own free will. She wanted to live under Sharia law. Sure, #NotallMuslims. They're free to make their own choices and go wherever they please. Like a guy at the back of a conga line. Only shaking sticks of dynamite.

What happened? The party didn't stop when she walked in. So, pulling a page from Lena Dunham's book, she made up a story about a guy and blamed it on him. I'm sure mattress girl can relate. However, the UK isn't buying what she's selling. Tareena Shakil is the first British woman to be convicted of joining ISIS. Well, at least she made some kind of history.

Here's the macro issue: this British Muslim woman didn't embrace the culture of Britain. She didn't embrace freedom. She didn't embrace democracy (related Michigan Muslim Woman Openly Defends the Stabbing of Jews. Yes, ALL Jews...). As a Muslim woman, living in England, surrounded by women who had rights, freedom and feminism, this Muslim woman uprooted her son and dragged him to Syria. Because ISIS and Syria is like a mommy day spa. Despite news about ISIS beheading infidels, about blowing people up, or setting them on fire, despite news of ISIS subjugating women, Tareena Shakil packed her diaper bag, booked her trip, and headed to Syria.

So please, tell me again about how wonderful moderate Islam is... right after you tell me about how Muslims want to assimilate with Western cultures.
