Democrat Rep Cannot Figure Out Why Illegal Aliens, Who Have Broken Immigration Laws, Are Being Held in ICE Facilities

U.S. Congresswoman Gwen Moore visited an ICE detention facility in Leavenworth, Kansas. She said she was checking up on her constituents. This is bizarre because it is not possible to be an elected official in America and have foreign nationals as the people you represent. Some may even argue that representing foreigners over American citizens could be considered tyranny, but I digress. Nonetheless, she is baffled as to why illegal aliens, who have broken federal immigration laws, are being held in such a center, despite her claiming they have committed no crimes post facto.
I just left the ICE detention facility in Leavenworth, Kansas to check on my constituents who are being detained.
While my constituents said they were being treated well, I can’t figure out why they’re here.

LOL. Don't you love a good community note? Nonetheless, having an IQ level higher than a goldfish seems to be a requirement among voters no longer.
According to Moore, “While my constituents said they were being treated well, I can’t figure out why they’re here.” However, this is not rocket science. You don't have to know who any of them are to 100% include the reason they are there: they have broken federal immigration laws and disregarded the integrity of America’s immigration system. Glad we cleared that up.
“They’re asylum seekers and moms with no criminal records; they’re far from the ‘worst of the worst,’” she pathetically added. And the problem with this claim is that while many of them may be mothers and many may have had no criminal record beyond the federal immigration laws they broke, that does not negate the fact that they are, in fact, here illegally. Her claiming that there are worse illegals out there is far from a justification to turn a blind eye to the ones that have done just that -- broken federal laws. Is Moore really as stupid as she portrays? Is she really that naive? Because again, it does not take a genius to conclude that ICE agents are simply enforcing the laws Congress enacted.
It should be illegal to be this stupid while serving Americans.
