We now live in a time where claiming your gender is ambiguous gets you a pass for what was once considered serious crimes, and the people are not okay.
“A serial upskirter” has walked out of a Melbourne court free to pursue his dreams of becoming a doctor. According to reports, “He told police he was in the female toilets because 'he wasn’t sure about his gender.’” It is unclear if this statement had an impact on his lack of sentencing, or if he truly is gender confused, so draw your own conclusions.

According to news.com.au:
A serial upskirter whose phone contained more than 100 videos of young women secretly filmed in public toilets has heard of his lecherous behaviour’s “profound impact” on one of his victims.
The man was also an immigrant from Vietnam.
Bao Phuc Cao, 23, a Vietnamese biomedicine student at The University of Melbourne, appeared for sentencing in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court after he was caught filming a woman in a public toilet at a Docklands shopping centre in February 2025.
This was not the first time he was caught engaging in such a morally reprehensible act.
The court was told Cao had been sentenced to a community corrections order in May last year for “effectively identical offending” against one known victim.
It is unclear why he was not deported after the first offense, but in leftist ideology, immigrant status and gender confusion often absolve people of their sins.
Let’s get this straight. A man, who claimed he might be gender confused, was caught filming women in the bathroom not once, but twice, and can now become a doctor, which effectively means he is very likely to treat women later. Is this adding up for you?
At one point in history, filming unconsenting women used to be considered a very serious crime. We are now at the point where, as long as you claim you might be gender confused, you are given a pass. I am having a hard time seeing how this takes the victim's point of view into account.
Even if the man was genuinely confused by his gender, which he might not have been, this is precisely why bathroom laws must correlate with biology. Anyone can claim to feel some way, and there is no objective way to discern who is genuine. Not that genuine gender confusion should allow people to enter the bathroom of the opposite sex, but I digress. Nonetheless, Western society has given creeps a pass to enter the women's restroom and has de facto created far too many victims of sexual assault in that process.
Is that that leftist compassion we keep hearing about?
In the progressive pursuit to affirm all gender confusion, the left has announced to creeps their get out of jail free card. To claim these people are on the wrong side of history would be an understatement.
