Mario Lopez shares pro-GOP voting message and based bros are coming to his defense against the leftist haters
Mario Lopez might have some right-leaning tendencies. He can't be full-blown conservative if he wants to stay employable in Hollywood. Every so often, Lopez lets it slip. Either that, or he just enjoys having fun on Twitter like we saw with the actor entering the Latinx debate.
Our latest peek at Mario's political leanings comes from him sharing a meme: "Before you go vote: Go grocery shopping, gas up your car, pal your bills, look at your 401k. Then vote."
It's a common message shared by voters who plan on electing Republicans today to start undoing the mess Joe Biden has made of this country. The Democrat version of this meme would be "Before you vote: Go get an abortion. Then vote."
Mario Lopez, an actor, shared a not-leftist political opinion. This is the part where a content hustler like myself goes through the replies looking for three people attacking him. Journalisming standards are three people with the same dumb opinion equals a news article. But as I was curating tweets, I found myself much more entertained by people defending Lopez against the haters.
After all, AC Slater is the original based bro.
Probably cuz you'll try to cancel him if he does

These two are my favorites.
The neighborhoods that have been voting for Democrats since the 1960s but still look like Mogadishu?

The book is probably more expensive now than it was two years ago

What really stands out to me? This is not the first time I've trolled Twitter replies for leftist haters. It IS the first time I've done so and there were equal parts of haters and supporters. It's also the first time a lot of the haters had a response attached to it that was visible on the timeline without having to click around.
It's almost as if Twitter changed the way it is doing things. But I can't quite put my finger on what.
