The Supreme Court of the United States pondered on Tuesday whether males belong in female sports, as a result of bans in Idaho and West Virginia. The problem with this is that in a sane society, this would not even be up for discussion, nor would it be controversial. That is because at some point in human history, it was not a debate whether or not males belong in female sports, as biology was more than enough proof for the masses. Unfortunately, we no longer live in a sane society and, well, this had to be done.

When you don't live in a sane society, it's inevitable that you also end up with insane Supreme Court justices. So, it’s no surprise that when Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson tried to defend the leftist position, she tossed nothing more than a world salad in a very Kamala-like way.

According to the New York Post:

“Is treating someone who is transgender, but who does not have, because of the medical interventions and the things that have been done … the same threat to physical competition and safety and all the reasons the state puts forward – that’s actually a different class, says this individual,” Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who famously declined to define a woman during her confirmation hearings in 2022, asked Idaho Solicitor General Alan Hurst. “So you’re not treating the class the same. And how do you respond to that?”

It’s not precisely clear what she was trying to convey, but we can attempt to fill in the gaps. When she claims “ the medical interventions and the things that have been done,” we can assume she's talking about males, yes, males, who have undergone some form of trans medical affirming care. So, when she asks if they are “the same threat to physical competition and safety and all the reasons the state puts forward,” she's asking if males are still a threat to women in female sports. And to answer her question, yes, the answer is undoubtedly, yes.

That's it. This should not be up for debate any more than it already has been. When the left finally realizes that males are, in fact, males, is unclear. All we know is that they don't know that, and that makes them undeniably insane. And the fact that they believe these lies and distortions of reality puts them on the right side of history is a scandal in itself. But what else is new?
