I am a staunch advocate of the political philosophy of never tempting the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing. So I'm weary to say the right should be so lucky to have Kamala Harris being a presidential candidate again. Would a debate between her and JD Vance (or Marco Rubio) be entertaining to experience? Sure. But be careful what you wish for, and all that.
All that said, I do enjoy a good Kamala Harris word salad. And you know how much she loves to toss the salad.
This one was her attempt at being inspirational by saying how you should engage eight-year-olds in conversation to enjoy their twinkle. It is a spiel she gave at a pro-abortion summit (what the left calls "reproductive freedom") which, if they had their druthers, would mean fewer eight-year-olds to have a conversation with.
It hasn't been, you know, they haven't they they have the twinkle. They believe in, in all. And they're curious and - Oh, that gives me joy just because, you know, there is something I think about, looking at children to remind us of our natural nature, who we actually it is our nature, our - There is something about that.
Kamala attempts to articulate the value of talking to children. It doesn't go well:"I mean, if you have the chance in whatever your, you know, your circle of life to just, you know, talk to like an eight year old, that's one of the best things, you know, someone who just has that twinkle.""It hasn't been, you know, they haven't they they have the twinkle. They believe in, in all. And they're curious and - Oh, that gives me joy just because, you know, there is something I think about, looking at children to remind us of our natural nature, who we actually it is our nature, our - There is something about that."This was said at a 'reproductive rights' event. The irony here is next level. She somehow keeps managing to get worse at this.

While Kamala Harris speaks of the joy of talking to eight-year-olds while at a pro-abortion contest, you get the feeling one would need to talk to her like an eight-year-old in order to get her to understand the words coming out of your mouth.
Let's be honest. Outside of finding out if the polls were accurate or nah, the 226 midterms are fait acompli. We might as well start with the 2028 election. And there is no reason to NOT consider Kamala a frontrunner before eleventy other Democrats get involved.
I mean, she won't be the nominee. When people have the chance to vote for her in a democrat primary, they don't. But until they don'tm she's the frontrunner.
