Activists think they're owning JD Vance by driving this silly truck around town while he vacations

To protest JD Vance vacationing in the UK, a group of angry Brits is driving a truck around town with a Vance meme on it. Not only can the left not meme, but there needs to be a 25% tariff on slacktivism.
The derptastic demonstration is compliments of "Everyone Hates Elon," and I know what you're thinking... yes, a group that calls itself "Everyone Hates Elon" is in fact stupid.
A van displaying an altered image of US Vice President JD Vance drove through the English town of Charlbury near where he was holidaying with his family. The stunt was organized by the British political campaign group, 'Everyone Hates Elon' pic.twitter.com/PXICz0sMWD

The demonstration in question is in response to a Norwegian who claims he was detained in Newark because he had the meme on the phone, and not for drugs, which is why US Customs say they detained him. This performative bollocks is supposed to... make JD Vance feel sad? I'll be honest, I still don't understand the meme, but Vance himself finds them funny, so I don't think much about it.
There's some chirping on the X-Twitters claiming the truck is to protest the Vice President criticizing the UK for not only its lack of free speech protections, but the extent the government will go after anyone who has an opinion the left-wing government disagrees with.
NEW: JD Vance calls out UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to his face for infringing on free speech, says he will talk to him about it at lunch.

For example:
- Comedian shares the alarming number of people arrested in the UK for social media posts. Hint: Tons more than in Russia
- Police overwhelm autistic teen girl, arrest her for telling cop, "you look like my nana, who's a lesbian"
- They're investigating Conor McGregor for "online hate speech" over tweets criticizing Irish govt, migrant stabbing
- Pay Attention, America: This is the guy just given "immense powers" to sensor social media content on behalf of government
- Police frisk, arrest woman in front of her children over posting 'offensive' comments on Twitter
- Watch: A woman getting fined for praying in the "wrong place" somehow NOT as ridiculous as the questions the cop asks first
- British Veteran Convicted Of Thought Crimes For Praying In Front Of Abortion Clinic Over His Deceased Son
- Watch: Woman gets arrested for PRAYING because in the UK, there are certain places where that's against the law
However, according to the organizers of "Everyone Hates Elon," that's not the case. The truck is because of some random dude who claims he was harassed for the meme and not for drug trafficking. The truck will be driven around and around and around until Vance... I don't know, cries or something.
Here's my question: what would happen if these slacktivists met up with the UK's enviro-nutjob slacktivists who block traffic because of fossil fuels?
