UFC Freedom 250 was an amazing tribute to America's 250th birthday. Regardless of what the haters and the losers, aka Democrats and the media, aka but I repeat myself, have to say. Equally amazing is seeing the joy of soccer fans in town for the World Cup as they discover how amazing America is. A lot of the focus has been on our new Eurofriends, but the Japanese are enjoying themselves just as much. Like these two gentlemen discovering the gun aisle at a Bass Pro.

Growing up in the 80s, the stereotypical Japanese visitor was pictured/stereotyped as wearing touristy kitsch with a camera around their neck. Now, they wander into the Bass Pro Shop next to the Buc-ee's they just visited, and it's the greatest thing they've ever seen. Gun. Lots and lots of guns.

Not only guns, but a sales team happy to share their love of firearms with them. It warms the heart.

Seeing visitors learn how awesome America is -- real America, not just New York City -- has been a great way to celebrate the 250th anniversary. Which of course explains why the left hates it so much.

America 250. Everything you've heard about us from the media and the left (but I repeat myself) is a lie. A better salute to our country, I cannot think of.
